Preferred Stock Shareholders are focused on the mission of making capital available to our community.  All of their shares are voting shares.  They commit to taking no dividends or shares for 5 years.  At that time, their savings will be $2,650 and $3,363.

Members who attend Common Unity Community Wealth Creation workshops on Blakeonomics receive Gift Shares of stock for each workshop attended.  These are non-voting shares. No dividends or shares are available for 5 years.  At that time, if 10 workshops were attended, at 25% the stock value would be $3. 

​Donations are focused on the mission of making capital available to our community.  Donor shares are voting shares.  Dividends and share value are kept in the savings account, increasing stock value and making more capital available for loans.

With a $10 initial deposit and a minimum $1 weekly savings deposit, you would earn an additional $1 if the stock value is 10%.  At the end of 1 year you would have $68 in savings. 

If you saved $1 per day ($5 per week) you would have $307 in savings.

And as the value of the stock goes up, your savings goes up.  If you saved $1 per day and the value of the stock was 25%, you would have $348 in savings.

​If the economic erosion of our rural and inner city urban communities continues unchecked, then increased crime, drug use, teenage pregnancy, substance abuse, unemployment and welfare dependency will heighten.  We must build businesses to create and retain jobs, and increase net worth in order to stop this erosion and create an environment of self-determination and independence.

We must, at the very beginning of this process, develop an economic plan that establishes the primary focus groups with the goal of building assets and wealth for the poor ... for those of low-wealth or no-wealth ... for men, women and children of scars ... because of poverty, drugs, crime and violence, for inner city urban communities, for minorities in low-resource groups.  We must have a clear understanding about who we are and what our mission is, and is to be.

There are meetings scheduled for every Tuesday thru Thursday.  Call for time Schedule.  These meetings are to provide a more comprehensive view of the Blakeonomics economic plan and have all interested participants complete an application for an initial 5 gift shares of Blakeonomics IEEC Stock.

Blakeonomics is designed to create a common unity community (common ownership) economic system within the AA community. The Blakeonomics definition of common unity community is a community of 400 or more individuals or families who have decided to have a common economic ownership to create community wealth for its individuals and families. Economic wealth creation will be accomplished through common ownership (initial gift shares of stock) of community businesses and other community resources.

The Blakeonomic’s Vision is to create 25 Common-Unity Communities of 400 shareholders for a total of 10,000 shareholders. Blakeonomics is a 10 year Common Unity Community Economic Transformation Plan. The vision is to own 25 profitable wealth creating businesses in the African American Community within 5 years.
